Activities vary in pace. Some are more intensive, while others allow more time for discussion, support and independent working. Please read the activity description before booking to make sure it's suitable for you.

Conversation is always optional, but we do ask everyone to listen during demonstrations and safety briefings so that all participants can take part safely.

You are welcome to take breaks or step outside at any time.
