About the event
Join like-minded creatives at Zine Club – a monthly gathering for social making and collaborative publishing.
It's a relaxed space dedicated to down time for cutting, sticking, doodling and chatting. On the last Friday of each month we’ll individually respond to a theme – make a page or two in your own style, with your own content, ideas and messages – which will then be collated and copied into a collective zine, ready for you to pick up the following month. See a little further down in the blurb for the monthly themes.
There’ll be plenty of materials to play with – collage, painting, drawing, rub-down lettering, typewriters, tapes and stickers – so you can mix, match and experiment however you like. If you want to bring your own materials and share a skill or technique, the floor is yours!
